Do I have to send in any paperwork or is the sign up process done completely online?

Through OV's secure website, customers are able to sign up online without having to send or fax any documentation.

Why did my credit card get charged if i'm not using your services yet?

Oeno Vaults has a "Deposit Period" giving you three months in which to activate the account. This period of time will allow you to reserve your requested vault space and not get charged for services you don't need right away.

How do I activate my account?

Easy...as soon as we pick up or receive wine on your behalf at our facility your account will be deemed active.

How do the billing cycles work?

Oeno Vaults bills each customer based on their account activation date and will charge the credit card on file each month thereafter.

What if I decide I don't want my vault during my three-month deposit period...Do I get my money back?

NO. Oeno Vaults does not refund deposit money.

Will oeno vaults still pick up or accept wine on my behalf even if I don't have enough space in my current vault?

Yes. Oeno Vaults will pick up or receive wine on your behalf even if your vault will not accommodate the new inventory. Oeno Vaults will automatically increase your vault size to allow for proper, safe storage of your entire collection.

If oeno vaults increase my vault size to accommodate my stored inventory will my monthly rent increase?

Yes. Oeno Vaults will charge you a prorated amount on the difference between your old rental rate and your new rental rate.

What if I want to move out before the end of my 1 month rental period?

You are permitted to move out at anytime; however, no rental refunds will be returned.

Will oeno vaults refund any unused rent if I move out early?

No. Oeno Vaults does not refund unused rent.

If I move out how do I get any remaining wine stored in my vault?

Oeno Vaults will either ship your entire inventory to the destination of your choice or will have your wine ready to be picked up at OV's facility.

Does oeno vaults offer any other vault sizes other than 12 vault?

No. Oeno Vaults offers only 12 case vault sizes but multiple vaults can be rented to accommodate any size wine collection.

Can I store other bottle sizes in my vault other than 750ml?

Yes. Oeno Vaults can accommodate up to a 9-liter champagne bottle or a 15-liter wine bottle.

Do I have access to my vault?

No. In order to provide the highest level of security and to ensure proper control of all inventory no customer is allowed to visit their individual vault.

If I don't want my wine shipped, can I stop by the facility to pick it up?

Yes. Oeno vaults offers a will-call pick up option. Will-call orders must be picked up within seven (7) days of the requested pick up date or they will be restocked to your vault.

How do I send my wine to oeno vaults?

It's simple, address your shipment to: Oeno Vaults 4201 Santa Rosa Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95407 and be sure to put your name on the shipment.

What is the drink-by-date used for? [coming soon!]

You have the ability to set notifications as to when you'd like to drink any wine in your collection...that way you don't miss your wine's peak drinking window.
